Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She has dyed her greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Riswynn hails from a village terrorized by illithids. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Riswynn was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Guard business.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and retire the richest woman in the north

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Bather responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor
