History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When Abalaba reached her early adolescence her Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
