Description: An older man who wears a simple blue robe with black stripes complete with hood, he is not a threatening figure. His blonde hair has been sun bleached extensively. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Umpen is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Masseuse kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Bowyer. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Bowyer for hire.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and sabotage a competitor

History: Robert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a Ruler soon after.
