Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Gifted from a young age, Kelter studied abroad. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kelter grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kelter. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She's also a talented Fortune-teller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
