Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears dull brown sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed monstrous two handed axe, just in case. His brown hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Richard took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up monstrous two handed axe and armor he uses now. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Courier they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Apothecary, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears a red cloak and cross-gartered violet stockings. Her tied-back hair is white. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nikki embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Nikki was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Masseuse work with an outfit from a few towns over. Masseuse work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Masseuse for hire.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born in the east to a Miner, Adran learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He struck the Miner job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Voice: Gruff and masculine

Description: She dresses in blue turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with grey slacks. She has wavy black hair. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born to a Knight, her father struggled to pay the bills. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
