Description: A plain young-adult woman, she is well dressed, constantly wearing a tan suit, black shirt, and grey tie. She has shaved her head bald. Her green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She got into the Carter business at a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and expand his business

Voice: Gruff and masculine

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She typically wears white cloth garments or leather armor. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her eyes are likewise hazel. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Locksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
