Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.
History: She got into the Layabout business at a young age. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered music. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she has a crush on the local sellsword

Description: He usually wears his brown robe and has his sickle always slung over his shoulder. He is physically well-built. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy golden hair. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: Thradal was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: An older woman who wears dull tan sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed whip, just in case, she is not a threatening figure. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady gray eyes.
Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Servant. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Servant for hire.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Servant and was forced into it by her family; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Description: He prefers to wear flannel. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He keeps his silver hair in a flapper bob. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ogbur grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
