He found a children's book about a Elf Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.

Personality: Marastyr wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Expert, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Marastyr grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
