Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Rhogar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
