His skin is flawless and his blue eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
