History: Mastema was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: This woman loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She wears a tattered pair of loose blue pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. Her black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This dark-skinned female wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her hair is silver and curly. Her violet eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. The war was a terrible time for her, and Phann does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Phann was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
