History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Ombul was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Ombul's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he is greedy

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: Sorath is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Sorath hails from a village terrorized by illithids. A freak accident while working with her Engraver mother left her crippled. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To protect her home; and she feels kind of lost in life
