Description: He prefers to wear white pants and tee shirts. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Barber business.

History: Glûk was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He worked as a nervous Barber and found it very stressful. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: This man is very fat, and dresses like a well dressed Performer does. His long golden hair reaches down to his waist. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs.

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He is portly but not overly obese. His auburn hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Reynard will drive conversation. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His childhood dream was to be a Marshal, but he was a colossal failure. He has worked as a Beggar like his mother before him.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to be a marshal again

Description: She has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her violet robe. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her black hair is heavily combed to the left. Her brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Through the years after Alice was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Alice's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to be a glassblower again
