Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: Osco was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
