History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When Hugh reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: To end her boredom.
