Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has worked as a Herbalist like her father before her.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. History: Ilanis lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
