Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Quespa reached her early adolescence her Dragonborn mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.
