History: Kerkad was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Enidda embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Enidda grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Navigator.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Gifted from a young age, Numba studied abroad. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. After months of barely getting by, Numba managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
