Description: A 4'7" southern woman, she is wearing a tight brown one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. Her black fur is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. A true patriot, Windy would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Windy was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
