Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'8" when asserting himself. His long gold crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. Personality: Eggren is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bundrigo embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born in the west. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To protect his home; and to clean up the streets

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. Her crest is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact
