Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. A true patriot, Pelaios would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Pelaios was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
