History: Born in the east to a Server, Cockaby learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Williamina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Williamina. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
