History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the south were limited. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Her white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. The war was a terrible time for her, and Mary does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Mary was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with painting. She constantly tries to fill her life with painting. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Performer. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Performer responsibilities is difficult.
