History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Locksmith mother left him crippled. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Portia lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Banker.
