Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Carrie alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing grey cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. She wears a broad hat to hide her balding. Her eyes are likewise gray. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Millicent reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Hunter for hire.

History: Fistula hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
