History: Valafar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Valafar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Baker born in the past three hundred years. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Carrie was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He struck the Baker job and began his own company from there.
