History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Beiro alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears dull yellow sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed lance, just in case. He sports a flattop hair cut. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Hadarai's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Katherine was born the youngest of three triplets. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Orc companion (her 'brother'). When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: He very much looks the part of a Scribe. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his quarterstaff, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. His brown hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Scribe. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Scribe.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Scribe and was forced into it by his family; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
