History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Joan was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Ploughman. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Modean alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She struck the Detective job and began her own company from there.
