Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a green coat. She keeps her long black hair kept up in a rat tail. Her eyes are likewise silver. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Verin was born on a far eastern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Crown-heir. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Verin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was granted druidic powers by her dying sister.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Calcitro was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Adventurer for the past few years.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
