History: Serpent was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Serpent took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up crossbow and armor she uses now. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Miller for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Miller responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: Hagren hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Hagren alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Hagren and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and balancing his hectic life and new banker responsibilities is difficult
