Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Havilar hails from a village terrorized by drow. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it; and many drow want her driven away
