Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Halfling, and stands approximately 3'4". He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, and his gloved hand is found clutching a sword. His auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His skin is flawless and his gray eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Silvo was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Silvo and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: This tall, slender man wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His crest is red and curly. His eyes are a pleasant red.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: This late middle aged woman typically wears black cloth garments or leather armor and is in decent physical shape. Her dark red hair is lengthy. Her eyes are white and catlike.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. After a long history of fighting, Phelaia and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a simple black robe with grey stripes complete with hood. He has silver crest. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bidreked grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he's looking for his big break
