History: Phelaia was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Assassin hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
