History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She hates orcs. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Gifted from a young age, Tatyan studied abroad. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the east were limited. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: Melissa was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Yevelda hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Yevelda alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
