Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with painting. She constantly tries to fill her life with painting. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. At some point she was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Elegant was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He is a Weaver first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Sun grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He worked as a nervous Weaver and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy black stubble. He wears a tattered pair of loose tan pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He has a hunchback. His black hair is heavily combed to the right. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Gardener. He struck the Gardener job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and expand his business

Description: An older woman who wears a tan vest and prefers grey and black shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, she is not a threatening figure. Her hair is white and curly. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.
