Description: A middle-aged man, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, and is pretty ugly. His black hair is braided into rings. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Kipper was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Gnome Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.

History: Shanairla hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Her parents enrolled her in a Warlock school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. After a long history of fighting, Portia and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a masseuse and was forced into it by her family

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small red clips. His beard is red, braided, and well cared for. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A freak accident while working with his Mason father left him crippled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
