Description: She is a husky woman, who does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her head has been shaved. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are violet.
Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Born in the west to a Blacksmith, Kristryd learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Kristryd was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Kristryd decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she dresses in white turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with green slacks. Her chestnut hair is heavily combed to the left. Her gray eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and she seems to be bored by most things

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His hair is golden and curly. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gifted student he started as a Tailor, but he got bored and became a Miller. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Description: She is a physically imposing dark-skinned woman. She wears dull violet sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed longsword, just in case. Her hair is long and white with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small violet clips. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: She is content; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
