Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 3'10" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She tends to wear a grey poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her eyes are green and beady.
