History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. After coming to the age of reason, Lance took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Marshal. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Marshal but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He tends to his Marshal job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. She is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Assassin. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her brown hair is still thick. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She was taken from her home at a very young age. After a long history of fighting, Mella and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
