Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, marred by beers. He is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around his ears. This brown eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

History: Charles was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors.
