Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: This tall, slender man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His chestnut hair is greasy and uncared for. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. She has slicked back red hair. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Roywyn hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her painting career. Roywyn is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roywyn grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. Dagger enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes
