Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Halflings. His skin is light but he possesses many grey ritualistic tattoos. He wears white leather gloves, a white jacket, and tight pants. He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Nelkin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

She prefers to carry a warhammer, but if one is not available she will default to her spear and is in decent physical shape. She wears a small hat to cover her moderate length blonde hair. She has gray eyes and a white hat with a grey feather.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: Rosalind hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
