History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered illithids who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against illithids

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. After a long history of fighting, Akmen and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Her parents enrolled her in a Commoner school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
