However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the orcs.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Dilettante. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city.
