Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. The war was a terrible time for him, and Frederick does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and to unite with his brother

Description: She is an average looking northern female in her early mid-life. She wears a white shirt, with a brown mid length skirt with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. She has wavy brown hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Jasmine speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Jasmine was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.
