History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Balifra and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Thava was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. After a long history of fighting, Thava and her spouse have recently divorced.

His head has been shaved. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Description: He very much looks the part of a Detective. His red hair is cut short. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker tan hat.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Detective for the past few years.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Detective and was forced into it by his family.
