Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Yebe was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is content; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length auburn hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Azaki was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
