History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Rael took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up whip and armor he uses now. He now mingles about in high society.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He worked as a nervous Bricklayer and found it very stressful. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and to reunite with her old friends
