History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: Melissa lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Description: This man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull red iron scale mail. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His hair is long and red with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: She is a mite stocky and wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. She has done her best to style her blonde hair to look like a famous performer. She is baby faced.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
