Personality: Emerald hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her singing career. She is a great chef.

History: Emerald was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Guard business.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Guard. She has achieved small success as a Guard.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears dull grey sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed rapier, just in case. His brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his broad grey hat.

Personality: Bernard speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Half-Elven compassion; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
